California accidents have killed 27 persons in the first 36 hours of the Labor Day holiday period. The California Highway Patrol says most of the deaths occurred in Southern California. It´s also reported that 14 of the 21 persons killed in vehicle accidents in California Highway Patrol jurisdiction were not wearing seat belts.
