A 24-year-old Thousand Oaks man has been arrested for possessing 51 pounds of processed marijuana. C-H-P officials stopped a truck pulling a trailer in Siskiyou County. They found Daniel Walden had three trash cans full of marijuana worth about 250-thousand dollars in the trailer.
