A hiker reported missing since Friday apparently jumped to his death from Moro Rock in Sequoia National Park.
A park spokeswoman says 63-year-old Karl Widmaier of Visalia had a history of mental illness.
He is believed to have jumped from the 67-hundred-foot-high landmark.
