A day care provider and Little League coach in Sacramento has been arrested on suspicion of sexually assaulting a 10-year-old boy.
Xavier Oliver is suspected of abusing the boy a year ago while he was providing day care for the child. Oliver is also a yard monitor for Ethel Baker Elementary School.
