Actor Robert Blake is spending the weekend in L-A County Jail, awaiting possible arraignment on charges he killed his wife.
Police say they are seeking a murder charge with special circumstances that could make Blake eligible for the death penalty. They are seeking a charge of conspiracy against his bodyguard Earle Caldwell.
