The Twain Harte Fire Department will be testing fire hydrants in the downtown area this afternoon until 2 p.m. and Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The test could result in some cloudy water for residents and businesses, but Twain Harte Community Services District says water quality will not be affected.
