A four year old girl who suffered head injuries after falling from a ride at Six Flags Marine World in Vallejo has been upgraded to fair condition.
The girl´s name has not been released.
The Starfish ride was closed until it could be inspected by the State Occupational Health and Safety Administration. Park officials say the youngster met the height requirement for the ride and was accompanied by her mother.
Last year a 41 year old woman fell from the ride. She suffered minor injuries.
