A 200-pound female black bear was busted early this morning as it crashed through backyards in a Salinas neighborhood.
The bear was probably looking for its own territory. An animal control officer says the bear had to travel at least 20 miles from the forest to the neighborhood where it was caught.
The bear caused no property damage and didn´t hurt anybody.
