PG&E Vote Starting

About 74,000 envelopes stuffed with nearly two pounds of voting materials are in the mail to creditors owed money by bankrupt Pacific Gas and Electric Company. They have eight weeks to decide between two competing reorganization plans for the company, promising full payment of the utility´s $13.5 billion debt.
