A Stockton minister has been accused of having sex with a 17-year-old boy at a California Youth Authority facility. Henry Lee Ingram has worked at the C.Y.A. as a speech therapist for more than 27 years. He´s also a senior minister at Stockton´s Lifeseed Christian Fellowship Church.
