A Rail Road Flat man is in custody after Calaveras County Sheriff deputies say he allegedly struck and strangled his 17-year-old wife during an argument over a missing video.
Twenty-year-old Casey Isaacs was booked into Calaveras County Jail on $50,000 bail.
