Stockton police say a group of teenage boys throwing rocks may have led to the drowning of a Stockton man.
Police booked a 17-year-old boy for investigation of homicide yesterday.
Witnesses say teenagers were throwing rocks at Brian Stovall while he was swimming in the San Joaquin River last month.
