Animal rights activists are complaining about a billboard they can´t get advertisers to post.
People for Ethical Treatment of Animals say they want to do a “KFC cruelty-to-chickens campaign.” But, billboard companies have nixed their portraits of Colonel Sanders personally killing a chicken.
