The CHP says a San Andreas teenager had to be taken to a hospital Sunday after the driver of the car he was riding in started to fall asleep on Highway 4, near Utica Powerhouse Road.
Authorities say 44-year-old Lisa Tammerine of San Andreas started to fall asleep and her 1985 Toyota ran into an embankment. 17-year-old Dakota Sanders was taken to Doctor´s Hospital in Modesto.
No one else in the car was injured.
