Governor Davis wants to increase hunting and fishing license fees enough to raise $4 million to help offset the state´s budget crunch. Resident sport fishing licenses would increase two dollars and hunting licenses a buck-seventy-five. The state´s popular Urban Fishing Program will continue, but with sharp cutbacks under the governor´s proposed budget.
