Authorities have received many reports from residents of possible sightings in the case of escaped Sierra Conservation center inmate Robert Judd.
Prison spokesman Jerry Underwood says the public€™s help is vital in situations like this. “We always invite the public€™s input when we have an escape like this,” Underwood says. “They€™re some of our best resources out there.”
Judd escaped on Friday. He was serving a six-year sentence for battery on a peace officer with a weapon. Judd is a white male, 29 years-old, 5-foot 8-inches tall and about 145 pounds with light brown hair.
He reportedly has relatives in Bend, Oregon.
