A Paloma man has been charged with eight counts of having sex with minors at a group home in Calaveras County.
The Calaveras County Sheriff´s office says 47-year-old Daniel McNamara was working at a group home in the fall of 2001 when he had sex with two boys. Both boys were under the age of 16 when the alleged crimes took place.
McNamara was booked into the Calaveras County Jail this week, with bail set at $250,000.
