A Mountain Ranch man was sentenced yesterday to five years in prison for deliberately setting two trailer homes on fire. 40-year-old Anthony Abel pleaded guilty to the December 7 arson. He said the trailer homes were possessed by spirits.
In addition to five years behind bars, Abel has also been ordered to pay $35,000 in restitution.
