Two Motherlode residents were arrested for vehicle theft this weekend in Mokelumne Hill.
Sheriffs deputies spotted 22 year-old Emily Surginer of Wilseyville, and 26 year-old Raul Nogueda of Pioneer seated in a stolen car out of Carson City, Nevada. They also face drug charges as well.
