Measure E Means College Construction, Renovation

The Interim Chancellor of the Yosemite Community College District credits community assistance for the victory of Measure E.

The measure will spend 326-million dollars in general obligation bonds, for the repair, upgrade, and new construction of Modesto Junior College and Columbia College facilities.

The measure will also add to college education centers in Patterson, Oakdale, Turlock and Angels Camp.

Dr. James Williams released a statement yesterday, saying he thanks those who worked to pass the bond measure, and he deeply appreciates the support of the public.
