Sonoma´s city attorney says criminal charges have been filed against Stockton´s city manager.
Prosecutors say Mark Lewis was involved in an altercation in a Sonoma bar that involved throwing a tray at a bartender and resisting arrest.
Lewis says he was just at the wrong place at the wrong time.
