Stockton Woman Accused of Pension Fraud

The former head of a now-defunct nonprofit group that helped foster children has pleaded guilty to pension and health care fraud charges.

Among other things, Kimberly Chimikis of Stockton admitted stealing employee

contributions to a 401-K plan and using them to operate the Big Valley Helping Hands Corporation.
