The judge in Scott Peterson´s murder trial will give Peterson´s attorney a chance to prove juror bias is overwhelming in San Mateo County. Judge Alfred Delucchi has ordered a May seventh hearing on moving the trial a second time. Attorney Mark Geragos says there are many people who already feel Peterson is guilty.
