A Stockton man was arrested by Calaveras County Sheriffs deputies after he was found with liquid methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Authorities say 37 year-old Charles Westfall was stopped by deputies on Paloma Road in Valley Springs…. first thought to have been a reported trespassing hunter. Deputies found a hypodermic needle and syringe under the drivers seat cover of his car. Westfall was arrested and booked on $15,000 bail.
