Sacramento, CA — Three people are now under arrest in the fatal shooting of a California Highway Patrol officer near Woodland.
37-year-old Officer Andy Stevens was shot and killed Thursday afternoon during a traffic stop. The 13-year CHP veteran was a commercial vehicle inspector.
