Sonora, CA — In high school football playoffs last night, the Sonora Wildcats advance to the next round after stopping the Rio Linda Knights 28-21 at Dunlavy Field.
Sonora´s John Canepa ran for 125 yards on 22 caries and two touchdowns, behind his favorite lineman Andrew Blume and company.
Sonora travels to Colfax next Friday, kickoff is at 7:30pm. That game will also be broadcast on Star 92.7.
