Columbia, CA — CHP is reporting that Italian Bar road will be closed until 7:00pm due to fatal car accident just after 4:00pm.
Officials say a Subaru traveled over an embankment into a body of water below. CDF and CHP officers believe ropes and harnesses will need to be used to hoist the vehicle back onto the road.
