Valley Springs, CA — Developer Ryan Voorhees will be in Valley Springs tomorrow night asking residents what they think of his proposed 1000 home development near the Valley Springs Public Utility District treatment plant.
The project named Spring Valley would sit on 450 acres and include a hotel, retail space, a fire station, school and park.
The meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. at Sheng Chi Kung Fu on Main Street.
