A bit of trickery by investigators with the San Joaquin County District Attorney´s Office has resulted in the arrest of dozens of people wanted on outstanding warrants.
Sixty-nine men and women were arrested after they received letters saying they were due money that had been discovered in financial institutions. The suspects were arrested when they showed up to collect.
