Twain Harte, CA — Twain Harte Drive is now open after a broken down log truck blocked the road for nearly two hours this morning.
Officials say the loaded truck apparently broke down in the middle of the road and was unable to move.
Crews reportedly had to unload the logs from the truck before it could be removed from the roadway by a wrecker.
