Sonora, CA– A Mountain Ranch woman faces several drug charges after being pulled over for an an illegal left hand turn Saturday evening.
The Tuolumne County Sheriff´s Department reports at about 8pm, one deputy stopped 58-year-old Carol Smith for her erratic driving on Mono Way. During an agreed search, the deputy found roughly 3.8 grams of methamphetamine in her back pocket.
Smith was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and transportation of a controlled substance.
