More Snow Blankets The Mother Lode

Sonora, CA — With snow falling in the Mother Lode it is making for very treacherous driving conditions.
Tom Wills with the California Highway Patrol says there are several roads partially blocked with motorists that have spun out due to ice and snow on the road. Wills says people are also stopping in the middle of the road to put on chains rather than obeying the posted signs when there is a wide shoulder.
The CHP says that motorists are interfering with the snow plows and they advise people to drive as little as possible.
