Major Injuries Suffered In Hwy 12 Accident

San Andreas, CA — Major injuries were suffered by two individuals Monday following a two vehicle accident at Lime Creek Rd. and Hwy 12.
According to the CHP report after making a stop, 20 year old Gustavo Avila of Valley Springs drove directly into the path of 20 year old Chelsie Schelly who was headed eastbound on Hwy 12 in her 2004 Honda Civic.
Schelly suffered a possible broken pelvis. Neither of her small children suffered serious injuries.
Avila sustained a concussion, broken pelvis and a broken leg.
