Steepleview Subdivision Approved By Sonora City Council

Sonora, CA — By a unanimous vote the 10 unit, single family Steepleview residential subdivision was approved by the Sonora City Council Tuesday evening.
City Administrator Greg Applegate commented there was no dissatisfaction demonstrated by the public.
The subdivision will have access from Saratoga Road. The tenative map of several years ago was reworked into a new form.
The city Planning Commission had already unanimously approved the new plan.
The developers are Robert Davis and David Hardy.
