CAL Fire Hoping To Have Columbia Area Fire Contained By 3pm

Columbia, Ca — CAL Fire is hoping to have the vegetation fire on Italian Bar Rd. near Columbia contained by 3pm this afternoon.
This is according to Spokesperson Barbara George, who says the fire is now estimated at 40 acres, and is still labeled as 40% contained. George says she has not heard any reports of structures being affected as a result of the fire.
