Three Of Seven Charged In Hazing Incident Cited And Released

Sonora, CA — Three of the seven individuals charged by the District Attorney´s office in that January hazing case have been cited and released by the Tuolumne County Sheriff´s Department.

According to Lt. Dan Bressler, 21 year old Christopher Ingram and 22 year old Brian Cole have been cited and released. Ingram was picked up at the campus fire station while Cole was located at his home. Both have been charged with one count of hazing and one count of unlawful use of force and violence.

21 year old Timothy O´Neill, charged with a single count of hazing, turned himself in to authorities. He has also been cited and released.

Warrents have also been served on Michael Rossi and Aaron Means for one count of hazing and one count of unlawful use of force and violence. In addition Michael Sacheli and Cary Gregg have been served charged with a single count of hazing.

All seven were involved with the hazing of 19 year old Andrew Grafius during a student-firefighter Crystal Falls party in January. Grafius has since withdrawn from the Columbia College firefighting program.
