Beenblossom Sentencing Delayed

Sonora, CA — The sentencing of Bryan Beenblosson, scheduled for today, has been continued over to July 9th at 1:30 in Department 1 of the Tuolumne County Superior Court.
Reason for the continuance; the defendant has elected to file a writ.
On October 28 Beenblossom was pulled over by Tuolumne County Sheriff´s Deputy Jeff Gempler. Beenblossom then accelerated from the scene leading duputies and C.H.P. units on a twenty minute high-speed chase which finally ended on Mono Way when his vehicle became disabled. Following a struggle Beenblossom was subdued, arrested and transported to the County Jail.
Beenblossom has already served three prison terms.
