Hwy 49 Rearender Results In No Injuries

Sonora, CA — An 11:30am accident on northbound Hwy 49 directly across from the Social Security Office resulted in not a single injury.
According to investigating CHP Officer Tim Scott, Matthew Stott of Arnold was stopped in the northbound lane waiting to turn into the parking lot of the Social Security Building.
Carl Rodefer of Columbia was, according to the CHP report, following too closely and was unable to brake in time to avoid the rear end accident.
