Hwy 49 Traffic Accident

Jamestown, CA — The CHP is reporting and responding to a vehicle accident on Hwy 49 north of Reynolds Ferry Rd. in the Melones area.
According to CHP Officer Tom Wills a white pickup truck has overturned and is off the roadway.
Tuolumne County Fire and an ambulance have been dispatched to the scene. There is no report of any possible injuries.
Wills adds the southbound lane is currently blocked so traffic delays can be expected.
