County Employee Arrested On Embezzlement Charges

Sonora, CA — According to Assistant District Attorney Mike Knowles, 50 year old Thomas Jefferson Fraser IV has been charged with embezzlement of county property.
In addition the county road crew supervisor is facing a misdemeanor count of transporting and burying dead animals illegally.
Knowles adds that Fraser is scheduled for an April 16 arraignment date in Superior Court to answer to the charges. A preliminary hearing would then follow.
