Bay Area Man Arrested In Groveland Marijuana Bust

Groveland, CA — The Tuolumne Narcotics Team made a marijuana bust in the Groveland area Wednesday.
"My detectives had obtained some information about the possible cultivation of marijuana involving a subject from San Francisco," says Sgt. Craig Davis. "We executed a search warrant at his residence he owns in Groveland and uncovered a sophisticated grow operation."
"We believe he purchased the property for the purpose of cultivating marijuana," adds Sgt. Davis.
Arrested and taken into custody was 37-year-old Bart Stone Lewis. Around 200 marijuana plants were found around his Groveland area home and property.
