S.A.F. To Distribute Funds June 25

Sonora, CA — The Sonora Area Foundation will distribute funds raised during the Tuolumne County May SOS Campaign on June 25.
According to S.A.F. CEO Mark Bergstrom the $500,000 will be distributed to ATCAA (Amador Tuolumne County Action Agency), Sierra Senior Providers (Meals on Wheels) and Interfaith in a 5:30pm ceremony at Courthouse Park.
ATCAA will receive the largest share of the proceeds because of its food, wood and shelter programs.
The $250,000 raised was matched dollar-for-dollar by S.A.F. When the final total was announced an additional $15,000 was raised but Bergstrom says that amount will not be matched by S.A.F.
