Child Abuse Prevention Group Receives Gift

San Andreas, CA – Prevent Child Abuse Council Calaveras has received a $1,000 donation from the N.A. Chaderjian Youth Correctional Facility in Stockton.
Youth and staff at the Stockton facility participated in activities that raised funds for the Calaveras County organization. The youth created a wall of masks titled “The Many Faces of Victims”. Beneath one mask was an inmate’s letter of apology. Others were an expression of victims’ rights of fairness, dignity and respect.
PCACC partners with Calaveras community and public agencies to provide education, campaigns and events that value children, strengthen families, and engage communities.
