Jones Proposes Stronger Security In California

California gubernatorial candidate Bill Jones says the state needs better protection against terrorism and other threats.
The Secretary of State presented a plan today before the California Public Policy Institute that details California´s weak spots and how he proposes they be strengthened.
Jones hopes to staff 500 or more National Guardsmen and women year-round and give troops college waivers and other incentives.
