Nesler Has New Counsel

At the Ellie Nesler trial Tuesday, a motion to withdraw attorney Russell Miller as Nesler´s counsel was approved by Judge Eleanor Provost. The public defenders office will now handle the case. A preliminary hearing is set for December 17th at 1 p.m.
Nesler was arrested in September for possesion of methamphetimine during a law enforcement drug sweep in the area.
