Robber Shot And Killed In Modesto

A would be robber was shot and killed Monday when he tried to hold up a sports-card trading store in downtown Modesto.
The storeowner was taken to police headquarter for questioning in the deadly shooting.
Police say the storeowner pulled out his gun and shot the robber just after 1 yesterday afternoon. Witnesses told police the robber, wearing a ski mask stumbled out from the store and collapsed on the sidewalk in front of the store. He was pronounced dead at the hospital. It´s not known it criminal charges will be filed against the storeowner.
