Rollover Leads To Arrest

An Avery man overturned his car on Highway 49 last night then fled the scene on foot. He returned and Highway Patrol officers arrested him for DUI.
The CHP says 39 year-old Gregory Hahn suffered minor injuries in the mishap near Union Mine Road. Officers report Hahn was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash.
