A country singer is fighting Internet portal Yahoo! in court over his yodel.
Wylie Gustafson thought a $600 recording gig with the company was a “one shot deal.”
But he has heard his now-famous, ear-splitting “Yaa-hooo” yodel on TV commercials during the Super Bowl and for six years since he recorded it.
Gustafson says he never had a contract with the Sunnyvale-based company for extended use of his utterance.
