Scott Peterson´s former mistress won´t be making an appearance at his preliminary hearing.
Amber Frey won´t testify at Peterson´s hearing, because her lawyer says prosecutors “obviously determined” they have enough evidence without her.
Prosecutors are trying to show their case is strong enough to try Peterson for the killings of his wife Laci and their unborn son.
Meantime, a detective testified yesterday he received a tip that a man who looked like Scott Peterson was seen driving toward San Francisco Bay on Christmas Eve, hauling a boat containing a blanket-swaddled bundle.
