California To Restrict Fleet SUVs

California will become the first state to restrict state purchasing and leasing of SUVs if Governor Davis signs a measure sent to him early today by the Legislature.
The bill would eliminate thousands of sport utility vehicles from California´s fleet of 73,000 state-owned vehicles.
